Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center used:

Domestic Shipping (United States):
Average transit time is 5–20 business days after your order has been processed. -
International Shipping:
Average transit time is 17–45 business days, depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, and regional shipping practices.
While the majority of orders are delivered within standard timeframes, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, inventory backlogs, or international customs processes.
In rare cases, delivery may exceed 30 days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking numbers to update once your package has been dispatched.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability, items in your order may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to expedite delivery.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Because of this, we can only honor cancellation requests made within 24 hours of your order being placed.
To request a cancellation, email support@heisit.com with the subject line “Cancel Order.”
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Delays and Responsibilities
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, transit times are subject to their operations.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
